For this public site commission, I explored all aspects of the geography and geology of the area, the "last green valley" around Quinebaug Valley Community College, paying particular attention to the earth, water, air, and light, especially during seasonal shifts (2005 - 2006). Photographs taken during this time evidenced my immersion and response to the site and community. Housed in the bridge of glass, each day's changing sunlight activates and rekindles the presence and wonder of the original journey.

Commissioned by the State of Connecticut for Quinebaug Valley Community College through the Department of Public Works and the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism 2007.
