PEARLS is the eighth portfolio produced by the Printmakers’ Network of Southern New England commemorates thirty years since the group’s inception. Each print, in a seven-inch square format, includes or references the circle signifying the pearl, a jewel traditionally associated with 30th anniversaries. In the context of this portfolio, each image is a jewel in the collection.
Twenty participating artists created original, signed and numbered prints exclusively for this portfolio, showcasing a variety of traditional and contemporary printmaking processes. Each numbered portfolio is housed in a fabric-covered case crafted by backbonebindery.com.
